Chicago Continued

The weekend before we came back home we had a party to celebrate all the Mid-May to Mid June birthdays. There were 10 of us all together.

While I was getting ready my Tio Freddy was introducing Mike to my family...Mike came into the room a short time later and told me my Tio was introducing him as my fiance lol. I told my Tio Freddy that he was going to be in trouble :)

This is a friend of my Tio Freddy and Tia Tonia...he does karaoke in German.

My family told Mike and I that if we didn't sing karaoke we would have to dance so we chose to dance.

The Sunday before leaving East Chicago we had dinner at La Casa Blanca. I had been telling Mike about this place for over a year now and the food explained why...it is delicious!

Our vacation came to an end and the weather didn't help to say goodbye. When we left it was raining and we were delayed sitting on the runway.




I got bored so I took a picture of Mom and Mike


We had a great time on our vacation and my family said that Mike was very nice and helpful. He was a savior a couple times for us and helped around my Tio's place.

Although I wish our vacation was a bit longer I was anxious to get home to Blue. As it turns out the vet determined that he was dehydrated due to stress caused by separation issues. Can my dog get anymore human?
