Alycia's Pinata

Playing catch up

Okay so in May we had a Morning Dove lay eggs in a hanging plant and I thought they were duds until I pulled the plater down and staring back at me were two baby doves. This is a picture of them after they had grown more.

Once they left, Dad cleaned out the planter and we tried to save the plant inside....

the Morning Dove nested again and laid more eggs; only one surrvived. We took the plant down after that one left :)

Carlos & Annemarie ~ We took Annemarie with us to the Casino to hear Power Drive play. It was a FUN night!

Me, Blue, & Mike on an air matress that kept loosing air.

THE SADDEST FACE YOU'LL EVER SEE

2 days before Carlos came home Dad had a 200 lb. tire fall on his foot at work. Thankfully he was wearing steel towed boots so it didn't crush his foot. He is now completely better and back at work.

Bridal Show Fun

Liz and I had fun in the photo booths there

Inside the Escalade we will be using for the wedding

Alycia's B-day Party

Such a cute cake!

At first Alycia was not interested in the cake...

but Auntie Carolyn changed that

This man came by with a train he had made using a small tractor and the kids got to go for a ride...okay so I'm not a kid, but I'm holding a baby so that counts :)

It was a great party and at night we got to see fireworks since it was also 4th of July!

Welcome Home Carlos

Carlos is home safe now! We got the call that he was heading back to the states so a few of us planned on meeting him at the airport when he got to skyharbor. I had called News Channel 3 and they were gonna try to come out and do a quick story on his return, but his flight arrived early and we couldn't let them know. We also didn't want to stick around the airport and wait cause family and Carlos' close friends were waiting at the house. I even took Blue with us wearing an American flag bandana :)

Hanging The Flag

So apparently it takes 2 Mexicans, 1 Italian, and 1 white guy to hang a flag :)

Mom made this banner for Carlos...Dad and I thought Blue should have walked across it with paint on his paws, but mom wouldn't let us do that.

Carlos & Luke

Good Times!

Greg's sleeping babies :)

The day after Carlos arrived was Father's Day, so we all went out for breakfast to celebrate

My 26th Birthday

Hugh and Diane joined us for dinner on my birthday. Dad made enchiladas :)

Mike & John VanZile

MMMMMmmmmm

Yes everyone should know the tradition by now....A strawberry pie on fire

Claudia also gave me this beautiful cake from the bakery where she got my graduation cake. They make very pretty and delicious cakes. Don't worry I scrapped off the nuts before I ate a piece :)
